Refund policy

90-day money-back guarantee (the 90-Night Promise): full refund of what you paid, including shipping.

• You have 90 days from delivery to try your order.
• If it isn't for you, email support@tryhilal.com with your order number. We'll refund everything you paid, including shipping, to your original payment method.
• This applies even if the jar is empty. You keep the jar. There's no need to send anything back.
• The guarantee covers every item in the order, including add-ons.
• The guarantee applies once per order and covers everything in that order.
• Refunds are issued within 5 business days of your request. Banks usually show them 5–10 business days after that.
• Damaged or missing items: email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace or refund them. Every jar you pay for ships. If your order arrives short, tell us and we'll fix it.
• This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights (for example under Australian Consumer Law or UK consumer law). It does not reduce them.
