Shipping policy
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and ship with tracking.
- Shipping cost: free to the United States.
- Delivery to the United States: typically 5–11 business days after dispatch.
- You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.
If we can't ship on time
- If we can't ship within the time stated at checkout (or 30 days if no time is stated), we'll email you before that date with a new expected ship date.
- You can either agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund. If the delay is 30 days or less, no reply counts as agreeing to it. If it's longer, or a second delay, we'll cancel and refund you unless you tell us you still want to wait.
- You can cancel any time before the order ships.
- Refunds for cancelled orders are made within 7 working days, to the original payment method.
Not received: if your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after it ships, email support@tryhilal.com and we'll resend or refund, your choice.
